Salim, and The Dungills. The Freedom Sound! The People Arise is presented on Freedom Blue Swirl vinyl and features original designs by Lou Beach, the renowned German artist whose vibrant collages have appeared on albums by Stevie Wonder, Yellow Magic Orchestra, and The Police, among many others. Memorie d’inverno è il primo joint album tra Original Krash (Producer) e Casco aka Helmet (Performer) uscito sotto l’etichetta indipendente Outboard Music. Il disco è Hip Hop 100% con produzioni taglienti e curate in ogni dettaglio, dal campionamento al master ogni singola traccia è stata lavorata analogicamente per ricreare il suono tipico dei dischi più iconici degli anni ’90. L’album vanta diverse collaborazioni illustri fra cui Esa, Maury B e due remix inediti di Dj Skizo e The Next One (disponibili solo nella versione fisica) Il disco nasce dall’esigenza dei due artisti di raccontare le proprie esperienze e le canzoni sono concepite come delle foto, dei ricordi in cui l’ascoltatore può perdersi e ritornare con la mente ai propri sulla base dell’esperienza contenuta nelle tracce.
